The Central Library Has Moved!

by Lisa Taffe

June 18, 2008

But not very far…just a few doors down the hallway to the intersection of Respect Way and Humility Avenue in Room 201.  The library will be open during summer school, so drop by and stock up on your summer reading.  Many new titles are on display.

For the middle grade reader:

  • Saving the World and Other Extreme Sports, by James Patterson, in the Maximum Ride series
  • Scorpia, by Anthony Horowitz, in the Alex Rider, teen spy, series.
  • The Lost Colony, by Eoin Colfer, in the Artemis Fowl series
  • Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul

For the younger reader:

  • Judy Moody, M.D.: The Doctor Is In!, by Megan McDonald
  • Super Fly Guy, by Tedd Arnold
  • 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, a chapter book adapted from the Jules Verne classic by Judith Conaway
  • Dragon Egg, by Mallory Loehr

I’m looking forward to meeting the Central students and their families.
