Activities for home:
* counting to 100 (jump or do jumping jacks)
* count how many toys
* count how many plates, cups, bowls in the house
* count how may light switches or plugs in the house
* tying shoes
* looking at letters and words on everyday items (food labels, signs)
* saying the sounds of letters and blend them to read words
* reading to your child every night & ask questions about the story
* write ABC's & numbers with shaving cream
* write first and last name (starting with capital letter)
* read a story everyday
* string beads
* trace shapes
* point out words while driving on signs
* say days of week & months of year
* make flashcards to make a memory game
* make learning a fun game you play together!
*when eating a snack make a pattern out of food
* go over address and phone numbers
