Homework Policy
A major goal for seventh and eighth grade is to be responsible and more independent. Students are expected to turn assignments in on time.
Students will be required to write their assignments in their agendas daily. Please check your student's agenda daily to assure work is being completed. It is your student's responsibility to show you his/her agenda and homework each evening.
There will be homework assigned every night. Each assignment should include your student's NAME, ASSIGNMENT PAGE NUMBER, and PROBLEM NUMBERS. If your student does not complete the assignment, he/she will be ZAP'd. The missing assignment will be completed during 8th hour, with a penalty to the grade.
*assignment turned in on time= 100%
*assignment turned in after one ZAP period= 80%
*assignment turned in after two ZAP periods= 60%
*assignment will not be collected after being three days late
