Winter Reading Challenge - Our library is participating in this challenge, joining other libraries around the world. We challenge you to read at least 30 hours individually or 10,000 hours collectively during the months of December and January.  As you read, simply record your minutes in Beanstack and earn PRIZES along the way.   Let's start reading!  

Join us for an Ugly Christmas Sweater Party on Thursday, December 12 at 6:00! Each participant can bring one sweater to decorate.  This event is open to families, but children under the age of 9 must be accompanied by an adult. Spots are limited so register soon at 

Hugo Kringle is coming to town! On Monday, December 16 at 6:30, come and listen as Hugo sings Christmas songs and tells stories of growing up with the boy who would become Santa Claus. We will wrap up the night with refreshments and a fun take-home craft. This is an event open to families (but it is best for children 7 and under) If you would like to learn more about Hugo then check out his website at 

A Grinchy Christmas - On Saturday, December 21 at 10:30 a.m. come and celebrate all things "Grinchy" with us!  This is for “Grinches” 4-years-old and up. You must register to attend. To learn more about this event go to
