Cars in the parking lot, parents dropping off students, students riding bikes, walking or getting off the bus, and of course, staff greeting students as they prepare for a new week of becoming better versions of themselves.” -Mr.John, Central 104 Custodian and Difference Maker

As you are aware, the weather forecasts for tomorrow, January 17, call for ice and inclement weather in the afternoon. Given the unpredictability of this particular storm system, school officials will continue to monitor weather conditions through the night. Please prepare for the possibility of school cancellation in the morning, or a notification that we will have an early dismissal during the school day tomorrow. Both are possibilities we are weighing. If Central School District #104 should have an early dismissal, please also prepare for Latch Key and after school activities to be cancelled. We will make any decisions as early as possible to allow families to plan. As always, we will use the best information available and will err on the side of safety. Dawn Elser, Superintendent
