What a night for Central School District #104 as Dr. Tron Young was awarded the Middle School Principal of the Year and Ms.Dawn Elser was awarded the Superintendent of the Year by the IPA Southwest Region! The Southwest Region consists of Jersey, Madison, St.Clair, Monroe, and Randolph Counties. We are blessed to have administrators who have such a big heart and who inspire students and the staff.
